AI Transparency Notice

This notice explains how CasinoMass uses artificial intelligence and the safeguards that apply. It is provided in the interest of transparency and to support compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), which begins to apply in phases from 2 August 2026. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service (Section 6) and Privacy Policy (Section 4).

1. The AI Feature

CasinoMass offers an optional paid AI recommendation feature (the "AI Feature") that analyses aggregated, anonymised favouriting behaviour across Platform users to surface relevant brands, slots, and data records. Typical outputs are informational signals such as:

  • "Users with similar favourites also add [Brand A, B, C]"; or
  • "80% of users removed Brand A this week."

2. What the AI Feature does not do

  • It does not create individual profiles of any user.
  • It does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects — or similarly significant effects — on any person.
  • It does not process the personal data of individual gambling players. CasinoMass is a B2B research platform and does not accept player registrations.

Recommendations are informational only and are provided as a decision-support aid, not as advice.

3. Risk classification

CasinoMass classifies the AI Feature as minimal-risk under the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). It is a recommendation aid operating on aggregated, anonymised behavioural signals and falls outside the Act's prohibited and high-risk categories. We continue to monitor the phased application of the Act and will update this notice if our classification or obligations change.

4. Legal basis and consent

The AI Feature is available only on the applicable paid plan tiers. Subscribing to such a tier constitutes your consent to the processing of anonymised behavioural signals as described in the Privacy Policy (Section 4). The signals processed are anonymised at source and handled in aggregate; no individual profiles are created.

5. Human oversight and reliance

Outputs of the AI Feature are informational and require your own judgement. You remain responsible for any decision you take. CasinoMass is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated recommendations. Always verify critical information against primary sources.

6. Opting out

You may opt out of the AI Feature at any time by downgrading your plan or contacting support. Opt-out takes effect from the next billing cycle, with no refund for the current period.
