Portal
The portal at casinomass.io is monitored continuously. If you are experiencing access issues, check whether the problem is specific to your account or affects the portal generally.
Data pipeline
The import pipeline runs on a recurring schedule to ingest and verify new and updated records. The lastImportedAt field on each casino or slot record shows when it was last touched by the pipeline.
Reporting issues
If you encounter a data discrepancy — a field that appears incorrect, missing, or outdated — use the correction form on any casino or slot detail page. Our research team reviews corrections within one business day.
